We sell decorative pillows and throw blankets made of alpaca wool and cotton; dinnerware and tabletop items such as handwoven placemats, raffia placemats, handwoven cotton table runners, hand embroidered linen napkins, ceramic napkin rings, natural cake stands, raffia napkin holder; accents such as natural clay vases, raffia trays, raffia decorative boxes, beeswax candles; and handwoven cotton hand towels.
All our products are made by Latin American hands from different countries, most of them using ancestral techniques, preserving their traditions and identity.
All our products are made of natural materials found in Latin America, mainly cotton, raffia, red clay, alpaca wool, ceramic, linen, and beeswax.
Artisans from different regions of Colombia, Guatemala, Mexico, Peru and Panama make all our products by hand.
International orders take between 5-7 business days to arrive.
We offer free shipping on orders over $150.00. Shipping costs will vary if your order is under $150.00.
We travel all over Latin America to meet artisans, learn about their work and work with them to develop beautiful pieces for your home. However, we understand that sometimes they may not work for what you needed, and thus need to make a return. Please see below our return policy:
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your product. Our customers are responsible for return shipping. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at marias@ampiura.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We understand you might want customized products. We believe all our products are works of art and do not need customization which is why we do not offer this service.
All our products are handcrafted one at a time. It is therefore very rare to create identical items. Every piece is a creation of artisans, and based on craft styles that are centuries old. Please understand that there may be natural blemishes/variations that are not product flaws.

We ship from Panama and international orders will be charged customs fees. Please note that orders to the United States under $800 do not pay customs fees.
